Privacy policy

TODO(review): Draft prepared by the developer from how the site is built. The committee must review and approve it before launch.

The short version

This website does not ask you to create an account, does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and does not store your personal information.

Visit statistics. The hosting provider counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.
Nothing else. The site has no contact forms, no logins and no database.

These load only when you tap them. Each has its own privacy policy.

Zeffy processes donations. When you give, Zeffy collects your name, email and payment details so it can process the gift and send a tax receipt. The temple receives your name and email from Zeffy for its records.
YouTube plays videos and live streams. The player loads only after you tap play and uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. Video thumbnails are copied to this website, so viewing them does not contact YouTube.
Google Calendar. The schedule is read from the temple’s public Google Calendar. “Add to my calendar” links open Google Calendar or your calendar app.
Google Maps. “Get directions” opens Google Maps.

TODO(content): Who to contact about privacy questions or to ask the temple to delete information it holds.
